Bike 72 BMW R1200C (cruiser)
In 1997 the BMW Cruiser was presented, most people said, THE UGLIEST BIKE EVER MADE, and to be honest I partly agreed with it. However I found it very brave to design a chopper not being a Harley look alike, so I said the bike is special, and when I ever have the change to buy one (money wise) I will.

By the way, long before I bought the real one my Mother in law gave me a die cast model of the R1200C which I still have together with some more die cast models of bikes and Autos.

Now more than 20 years later I did and even the James Bond edition complete with side bags (not the originals), Clock (more a watch), wind screen, ABS, grip heating and crash bars. As extra even a 12VDC connection will be mounted for the navigation.
I know the bike is not yet an (classic) old-timer but she will be to my opinion and when not, It was a dream of me to own one, many years ago and now I do

August 31 the bike will be delivered.
I can hardly wait. However I waited, my son drove me to the dealer and I drove the bike back home and it even was nice weather.

Later on the bike will be extended with a rear grip, spotlights and what ever I can find as long it is chrome and it fits.
I found both and fitted it.
